Parkfords Property Management was established in 2013 specialising in Leasehold, Block and Estate Management.
We are instructed by various clients ranging from Resident Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, Developers to some of the UK’s largest property investors. Our aim is to raise the standards of service giving clear advice, to always be transparent and to empower our customers.
Our dedicated team all have previous experience in the property sector ranging from property management, property development, contracts management, maintenance co-ordination and bookkeeping. All our Property Managers are IRPM qualified which we believe is important with an everchanging landscape.
